1 · Shipping & Delivery 发货与交付

We ship worldwide from our production partners in Asia, and digital products are delivered by email or through the marketplace where you ordered.

Notes

Duties and import taxes, where applicable, are the buyer's responsibility.
If a parcel is delayed beyond 30 days, contact us and we will replace or refund it.
Jewelry items are made to order, so processing begins immediately after your order — please check sizing guidance before ordering.

2 · Returns & Refunds 退换与退款

Jewelry

30-day returns from the date of delivery, provided the piece is unworn, in its original packaging and with the pouch and cards included.
Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the returned item arriving and passing inspection.
For hygiene reasons, ear-related and toe-related pieces can only be returned if the seal is unopened.

Personalised readings

Because each reading is written specifically for one person's birth data, it is non-refundable once delivered.
If something in your report is wrong — a name, a date, a missing section — we will correct and re-issue it at no cost.
If the reading simply did not resonate, message us within 14 days. We will re-read it for you once free of charge, or refund it in full. Your choice.

Digital downloads

Instant-download files are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed, as they cannot be returned.
If a file is corrupted, missing or not as described, contact us and we will fix or replace it immediately.

3 · Digital Products & Personalised Readings 数字产品与个性化报告

Licence

Digital downloads are sold for personal use. You may print them for yourself, or use them in your own projects and client work.
You may not resell, redistribute, share as a freebie, or upload the files as-is to any marketplace.

What we need from you for a reading

Full name (as it should appear on the report), date of birth (solar calendar), time of birth (as exact as possible), place of birth, and gender.
If your birth time is uncertain, tell us — we will mark it as estimated and note how that affects the reading.

Refusing or cancelling a reading

We may cancel and fully refund a reading order if the birth data is incomplete, contradictory, or if the request falls outside what we offer.

4 · Privacy Policy 隐私政策

LUCKBI LIMITED (碧育科技有限公司) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and for how long.

How your data is used

Your birth details are used only to prepare your report and are never published, shared, sold, or used as an example or testimonial.
We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
Payments are processed by our payment partners and marketplaces (for example Etsy, PayPal, Stripe). We never see or store your card details.
Shipping carriers receive only the name and address needed for delivery.

Your rights

You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us.
If you are in the EU/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA), you have the additional rights described in those laws — we honour them for all customers regardless of location.
You can ask us to delete your birth data sooner than 90 days; we will do so within 7 days.

Security & cookies

Data is stored on access-controlled systems; birth data is held separately from marketing systems.
This site uses only essential cookies and privacy-respecting analytics. No third-party advertising trackers are installed by us.

5 · Terms of Service 服务条款

Company: LUCKBI LIMITED (碧育科技有限公司), incorporated in Hong Kong. Registered office details available on request.
Orders: An order is accepted when we confirm it (for personalized readings, when you have supplied the required birth details). We may decline or refund orders we cannot fulfil.
Prices & currency: Prices are shown in USD. Marketplace prices may be converted locally by the platform. Import duties are the buyer's responsibility.
Product descriptions: We describe materials accurately (for example 925 sterling silver, cubic zirconia, freshwater pearl). Colour and finish may vary slightly in photographs and between pieces.
Nature of readings: Four Pillars reports are provided as a traditional cultural reading, for self-reflection and entertainment.
Intellectual property: All designs, text, report templates and imagery are the property of LUCKBI LIMITED. Personal-use licences for digital downloads do not transfer ownership.
Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

6 · AI Disclosure 人工智能披露

We are transparent about how our reports are made. Every Four Pillars report follows the same three steps:

Calculation (traditional): the chart itself — year, month, day and hour pillars, hidden stems, ten gods and the ten-year luck cycles — is produced by classical calendrical calculation software, and independently cross-checked with a second system (Zi Wei Dou Shu) so the four pillars agree.
Interpretation (assisted): the written reading is drafted with the assistance of AI language tools, drawing on classical texts and on the specific chart data, then reviewed before delivery.
Disclosure: AI assistance for drafting and layout is used; it is never used to invent facts about your life.

What our readings are not: they are not predictions of specific events, and not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. They describe tendencies, temperament and timing in a symbolic language. Decisions about your life remain yours.
